An established and growing investment platform is seeking an experienced Wealth Manager with an existing book of business to join its team.
This role is focused on managing and developing client relationships, delivering tailored investment solutions, and driving new business across both domestic and international markets. The successful candidate will leverage a strong investment platform and collaborate closely with internal specialists to design and implement strategies aligned with clients’ risk and return objectives.
You will be expected to actively grow your portfolio, identify opportunities within your existing client base, and build long-term relationships with clients and external partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW/UHNW clients
- Deliver customized investment strategies based on client objectives
- Drive new business development (LATAM and international clients)
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver holistic solutions
- Maintain and develop strategic external partnerships
Requirements
- Proven track record as a Wealth Manager with an existing book of business
- Strong understanding of financial markets and macroeconomic trends
- Experience with income-oriented investment strategies
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in wealth or asset management
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- High level of integrity and discretion
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
