Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to work with an established roofing company that has 80+ years of success in the industry. The Territory Sales Manager will report to the Vice President and will oversee sales, marketing, and client growth. The Territory Sales Manager will be highly attentive to detail, have strong communication skills, and be able to take initiative.

The responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager include:

  • Managing and monitoring Sales Team activity
  • Creating marketing strategies to increase sales revenues
  • Collaborating with Business Development and Service Departments
  • Overseeing contract negotiations, account relationships, sales, pricing, planning, and billing.
  • Training of Sales Team members
  • Reporting, KPI's, administrative duties
  • All other duties as assigned


Requirements


  • 5-10 years of experience in roofing (low slope and steep slope)
  • BA or MBA from a four-year college or university or 5-10 years in roofing sales
  • Excellent management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Experience in a high-level sales role
  • Ability to understand contracts
  • Valid driver's license
