GateSource HR is partnering with an
industry leader in heavy machinery, distributor of premium brands for the
mining and construction industry in New Caledonia (South Pacific) to support
its growth, we are looking for a Technical Trainer.
Responsibilities:
- Determine
appropriate methods, means, and pedagogical tools for each training
program. - Develop
and continually evolve educational programs, training products, and courses
materials. - Utilize
all available technical documentation and training materials to enhance
program content. - Ensure
the effective use of existing resources to optimize training quality. - Deliver
knowledge and training content to trainees through various methods.
Evaluate trainees' knowledge acquisition and performance during training. - Implement
corrective actions and additional support as needed to enhance learning
outcomes. - Continuously
assess training programs and recommend improvements, including
enhancements to work methods and the purchase of educational materials.
Requirements
- Proficient
understanding of mechanical systems, diesel engines, hydraulics,
electrical systems, electronics, and transmission mechanisms. - Strong
familiarity with the CATERPILLAR brand and CATERPILLAR' advanced
technologies. - Competence
in utilizing Caterpillar software for diagnostic and maintenance purposes. - Proficiency
in pedagogical techniques tailored for adult learners. - Knowledge
of relevant legislation related to continuing education.
