GateSource HR is excited to partner with a leading company in the minerals industry to find an experienced Technical Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team in Florida. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development:
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market
      share in the fine mineral recovery segment.

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with
      mining companies, processing plants, and other stakeholders.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key
      clients, prospects, and industry influencers.

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives through
      effective business development efforts.

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Leverage deep knowledge of fine mineral recovery
      processes and technologies to offer tailored solutions to clients.

    • Conduct technical presentations and product
      demonstrations for clients and at industry events.

    • Collaborate with engineering and product development
      teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.

  • Market Research & Analysis:
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, market
      conditions, and competitive landscape.

    • Analyze customer needs, market demands, and develop
      strategies to address gaps in the market.

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their
      satisfaction and addressing any challenges they may face.

    • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to
      closing deals, and provide regular updates to senior management.

  • Reporting & Strategy:
    • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market
      conditions, and business development activities.

    • Work closely with senior management to develop
      long-term business strategies and expansion plans.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Business, or
    a related field. A technical background in mineral processing is preferred.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business
    development, ideally within the mining or mineral processing industries.

  • Strong knowledge of fine mineral recovery technologies
    and processes.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and
    developing new business.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
    skills.

  • Ability to work independently and travel as required to
    meet with clients and attend industry events.
