Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow market
share in the fine mineral recovery segment. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with
mining companies, processing plants, and other stakeholders. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key
clients, prospects, and industry influencers. - Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives through
effective business development efforts. - Technical Expertise:
- Leverage deep knowledge of fine mineral recovery
processes and technologies to offer tailored solutions to clients. - Conduct technical presentations and product
demonstrations for clients and at industry events. - Collaborate with engineering and product development
teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings. - Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay up to date with industry trends, market
conditions, and competitive landscape. - Analyze customer needs, market demands, and develop
strategies to address gaps in the market. - Client Relationship Management:
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their
satisfaction and addressing any challenges they may face. - Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to
closing deals, and provide regular updates to senior management. - Reporting & Strategy:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market
conditions, and business development activities. - Work closely with senior management to develop
long-term business strategies and expansion plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Business, or
a related field. A technical background in mineral processing is preferred. - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business
development, ideally within the mining or mineral processing industries. - Strong knowledge of fine mineral recovery technologies
and processes. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and
developing new business. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills. - Ability to work independently and travel as required to
meet with clients and attend industry events.
