A client, located in Boca Raton, is in search of an experienced Tax Manager to join their growing team. This is a boutique firm, specializing in providing tax consulting and planning services, to High Net Worth Individuals and entrepreneurs, conducting 1500+ annual consultations for wealthy individuals.
This position would be HYBRID for residents in Florida local to Boca Raton and can be fully remote for qualified individuals.
The Tax Manager is primarily responsible for:
- Driving business development initiatives
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Preparing and reviewing returns for individuals, HNWI's and entrepreneurs
- Providing tax planning and consulting services for individuals, HNWI's and entrepreneurs
Requirements
The minimum requirements are as follows:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Master of Tax/Accounting preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in Public Accounting (Big 4 preferred)
- Licensed CPA
- 5+ years of experience working with High Net Worth Individuals/Entrepreneurs
- Proven experience building and maintaining client relationships
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
