Tax Manager ( Hybrid / Accounting / CPA ) Chicago - Illinois

This role is hybrid (2-3 days in office per week). 

• Providing outstanding service to a wide range of high net worth individuals, executives and business owners
  
• Demonstrating technical competence in specialty expertise (in Income tax, Compliance, and Planning)
  
• Managing special engagements/assignments consistently
  
• Reviewing client engagement/assignment documentation, returns and work papers for accuracy
  
• Supervision of client engagement/assignment procedures
  
• Development of team members – serving as mentor, trainer and leader and providing team with performance feedback
  
• Ability to recognize, research, document and satisfactorily resolve technical issues
  
• Generate new business and retain current business
  
• Expand services to existing clients
