Tax Director ( Hybrid / Business Management / Entertainment ) - Beverly Hills, CA

• Create and implement tax planning strategies for individuals and businesses, ensuring clients' financial goals and tax law compliance standards are met
  
• Oversee the entire tax department and contribute to expansion in responsibilities and personnel
  
• Lead a team of tax professionals, providing support, guidance and training, when needed
  
• Stay updated on current tax laws and regulations and conduct research 
  
• Review tax projections and quarterly estimates and year-end closeout calculations
  
• Analyze and respond to Federal, State and Local tax notices
  
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' tax positions, minimize tax liabilities and maximize credits/deductions
  
• Maintain the team's project calendar

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
  
• 5+ years experience in tax planning, compliance, strategy development
  
• License CPA required
  
• Business Management firm experience highly preferred
  
• Experience in International Law and Multi-State tax issues
  
• Prior Management/Director experience
  
• Master in tax and accounting review
