GateSource HR Energy & Power Division is partnering with an industry leader, distributor of premium brands for the Marine industry.
To support its growth, we are looking for a Sales Operation Manager to play a pivotal role in the organization of their marine business line in the Caribbean region.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the growth of the marine business line across multiple locations in the Caribbean
- Work closely with General Managers and local Marine Managers to promote and develop existing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Ensure exceptional customer service to cultivate and grow the client base.
- Analyze financial data and contribute to financial reporting.
- Introduce new products effectively into the market.
- Participate in contract negotiations with global accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, business management, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or related roles in the marine industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Familiarity with contract negotiations and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of marine products and services preferred.
- Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus.
