Our industry leading client is looking to add an Shift Supervisors to their Arizona location. This position will directly report to the Senior Supervisor and will be responsible for overseeing production, maintenance, and development that directly impact operations of their multimillion Production Test Facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/COMPETENCIES:
- Responsible for daily shift reports, employee time card reporting, and inspection documentation.
- Conduct Performance evaluation
- Provide support with inventory and procurement of spare parts and supplies.
- Ensure team member safety training is completed and maintaining training/progression matrix.
- Review approved schedule and budget so that production and maintenance plans can be achieved.
- Participate in all daily SX-EW and future wellfield operational duties.
- Skilled in maintaining awareness of occupational hazards and best safety practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of SXEW operations, or related experience is required
- Additional maintenance, wellfield, or water treatment experience is highly preferred.
- Supervisory/lead experience is required, completion of accredited supervisory training preferred.
- Associate degree or higher in relevant field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and lead.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferred certifications: 30 hour OSHA general.
- Must work in compliance with the site safety program.
- Personal protective equipment is required when performing work in the plant environment.
- This will be a 24/7/365 operation, and the successful candidate for this position will be required to work rotating shifts.
