Senior Tax Associate

Requirements

• performing tax reviews and examinations as deemed by supervising managers
  
• preparing federal, state and local income tax returns
  
• building and maintaining client relationships
  
• ensuring all income tax returns are prepared timely and accurately​
  
• assisting the Business Assurance (Audit) Department with larger clients
  

• 2-4 years experience preparing corporate, partnership, individual and fiduciary tax returns in a public accounting firm
  
• Minimum of 1 year experience supervising work of tax preparers
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent required –  Master's degree in Taxation preferred
  
• CPA license highly preferred
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and other tax firm software
  
• Client-service oriented
