Our client is actively transitioning to low carbon energy production systems and is looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to join their team in the Caribbean.
Role Overview:
As the Senior Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and providing strategic support to our client's projects.
This role demands a dynamic individual with extensive experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise the project support team within the Engineering & Business Development Department.
• Oversee and manage multidisciplinary project teams, focusing on medium to large projects.
• Drive project execution, ensuring adherence to safety, schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Champion Company safety practices and procedures, ensuring compliance among employees and contractors.
• Provide comprehensive project management and engineering support across various departments as needed.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering and/or
project management, particularly in industrial construction, production
environment, and/or optimization projects. - Holder of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical,
Industrial, or Civil Engineering; PMP is a plus. - A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with electric
utilities.
