We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in Phoenix to join a well-known GC that has been in the business for 70+ years. This is an opportunity for a qualified candidate to work for an established leader in the industry.
The responsibilities of the Senior Property Manager include:
- Supervising PMs
- Collaborates with the Senior Superintendent to guarantee the execution of projects and build strong relationships with clients
- Oversees project teams, offering guidance and support on project management methodologies, adherence to plan specifications, and alignment with company culture and procedures
- Handles project costs and profits
- Negotiates contracts and prepares budgets
- Coordinates and conducts pre-construction planning sessions and pre-mobilization meetings
- Maintains project materials and equipment within budget and delivery schedule
- Visits job site regularly
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 6+ years of multifamily experience
- 6+ years of high-rise experience
- 8+ years of experience in project management on commercial construction projects
- Experience in post-tension concrete
- Experience with commercial construction in Phoenix
