GateSource is looking for a Senior Project Accountant in collaboration with a leading firm in the mid-Atlantic real estate market. In this position, you will be reporting to the VP of Accounting and will work closely with the project team in order to keep an account of any estimated costs. Requirements
- 3 Years of Property Accounting experience
- Bachelor's in Accounting or related field
- Good understanding of accounting systems, preferably Sage 300 (Timberline) and Procore
- Thorough knowledge of GAAP principles
- CPA preferred, not required
