Key Responsibilities

Design and develop gold processing circuits, including CIL, CIP, and Heap Leach systems.

Perform mass balance calculations, process modeling, and simulations to support plant design and optimization.

Optimize leaching performance, carbon management, and reagent consumption, including cyanide usage.

Develop process control strategies, operating procedures, and performance monitoring systems.

Provide technical support during plant construction, commissioning, and ramp-up phases.

Monitor plant performance, recovery rates, and process efficiency, recommending improvements where required.

Diagnose and resolve metallurgical and operational performance issues within the processing circuit.

Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and metallurgical teams to ensure stable and efficient plant performance.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mineral Processing, or a related discipline.

10+ years of experience in gold processing plant design, operations, or optimization.

Experience in process plant design, commissioning, or operational optimization.

Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical and operational teams.
