Senior Maintenance Technician (Multifamily / Yardi / Property Management) - Newbury Park, CA

• Property renovations. 
  
• Maintenance plans. 
  
• Plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs. 
  
• Experience with HVAC, carpentry, dry wall, painting, etc. 
  
• Property inspections. 
  
• Responding to tenant requests/concerns. 
  
• All other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in property maintenance. 
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  
• Must be able to work weekends and be on call. 
  
• HVAC/EPA Certification (preferred).
