The Senior Commercial Property Manager will manage and direct activities of tenants. They will be responsible for overall development and site planning.
Requirements
The minimum requirements of the Senior Commercial Property Manager include:
- 5+ years of commercial property experience and a strong understanding of property, building management and real estate concepts
- Project oversight experience
- Previous Management of high rises/commercial properties required
- Financial Acumen
- People and Time Management Skills
- Leadership
- Proficiency in Oral and Written Communication Skills
