GateSource HR has partnered with a growing land development firm based in Tampa who is looking for an independent and self-motivated Senior Analyst. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or corporate finance, preferably in the construction industry. This isn't your standard 9-5 gig. You'll need to stay nimble and adjust your plans as the day unfolds to focus on what matters most.
Your Duties/Responsibilities:
Generate internal financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Assist operations with financial management and analytics
Aid in the weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting processes
Evaluate the company's financial performance and important metrics

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
3+ Years of Experience in Corporate Finance, preferably in the construction industry
Proficiency in accounting principles and financial statement presentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging a statistical background
Ability to work independently and self-motivated
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Technical expertise in Microsoft Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint
CPA preferred, but not required
