Senior Accountant (Hybrid / Computer Security / Accounting / Austin / TX)

• Oversee daily accounting activities, including AP/AR, GL maintenance, and month-end close processes. 
  
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to provide accurate and timely financial information to management.
  
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies and procedures.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.
  
• Assist with the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  
• Support the Controller with ad hoc projects as needed.
  

Requirements

• 4+ Years of Accounting Experience, with 1 year of experience in the Software/Tech industry
  
• CPA Preferred
  
• NetSuite or Intacct ERP Experience
  
• Strong MS Excel Skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, etc.)
  
• Strong Understanding of ASC 606 Standards
