- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent client service
- Offer advanced tax planning advice to clients
- Manage and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and non-profit organizations
- Conduct tax research and analysis to address complex tax issues during client engagements
- Collaborate with clients to identify tax planning opportunities
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality within the firm
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) license strongly preferred
- Over 3 years of impactful tax experience, with a solid foundation in public accounting
- Proven ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent at prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and precision
- Expertise in tax software and financial analysis tools
