We are seeking a Sales Director to lead and develop our client’s commercial
activities in the US market. This strategic role requires deep expertise in
quarry equipment (crushing, grinding, screening) and a thorough understanding
of customers, resellers, and dealer networks specializing in aggregates.

The
ideal candidate has extensive experience managing direct customer relationships
and dealer networks. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets,
driving revenue growth, and implementing an effective sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a commercial strategy to increase
the company’s presence in the quarry and aggregates market across the
United States. - Identify and build relationships with strategic
customers. - Manage and expand a network of dealers and resellers to
maximize market coverage. - Promote a comprehensive range of equipment from leading
brands - Supervise and support a team of sales representatives,
in direct and through a network of dealers. - Oversee the entire sales cycle, including contract
negotiation, proposal preparation, and deal closure. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide
regular reporting to senior management. - Participate in industry events such as trade shows,
conferences, and client meetings.
Requirements
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in a commercial role, with proven expertise in the
quarry equipment, aggregates, or construction materials sector. - Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of fixed equipment (crushing, grinding, screening)
- Relationship Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage high-level client
relationships. - Leadership: Ability to motivate a team and work collaboratively with external
partners. - Mobility: Availability for frequent nationwide travel.
- Languages: Fluency in English is mandatory.
