Currently looking for an Estimator in the roofing industry who has 5+ years of experience with commercial and residential roofs. Ideally, this candidate would have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The Estimator will:
- Provide quality estimating services and proposals
- Coordinate full estimating services on large and complex projects
- Develop relationships with owners, contractors, suppliers, and new customers in target markets
- Schedule and attend construction site visits and meetings
- Review and incorporate historical data from purchase orders, subcontractors, productivity analysis reports, etc.
- Review contracts for accuracy in price and scope
- Review NTPs and contracts for scope and price accuracy
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to compile project notes, RFIs, and scope development
- Work with Project Managers to perform project hand-offs and resolve disputes with clients
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience
- Commercial and residential roof estimations
- Tile, Shingle, Flat, Metal roofs
- Valid drivers license
