Roofing Estimator (Pompano Beach / Roofing / Commercial / Residential)

• Prepare material and labor estimates  
  
• Use computer software programs to create blueprints
  
• Work with account managers to review estimate packages 
  
• Finalize pricing and create formal written proposals to prospective clients
  
• Make job site visits and take photos of projects
  
• Prepare support documentation for presentations 
  
• All other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• High School diploma 
  
• A minimum of 3 years in similar position or sales 
• Proficient in computer, mathematical, and communication skills 
  
• Able to work in a fast paced environment 
  
• Experience in commercial and residential roofing 
  
• Must have valid driver's license 
  
• Have an understanding of construction blueprints
