Property Manager (Residential Properties / Luxury High Rise / Property Management) - Dallas, Texas

We are looking for a seasoned and polished Property Manager with 5+ years of experience managing high-rise, luxury, residential buildings in the Uptown Dallas area. This is an opportunity for a qualified candidate to work for an established property management company with over 400 employees. 

The responsibilities of the Property Manager include: 

• Oversee daily operations and management
  
• Providing excellent customer service
  
• Handle tenant concerns, requests, and inquiries 
  
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs 
  
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors 
  
• Develop property budgets
  
• Manage lease agreements and renewals 
  
• All other duties as assigned ​
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) 
  
• 5+ years of experience in managing residential properties 
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
