Looking for a Project Manager with minimum 5 years of experience in the roofing industry. Ideally, this candidate will have knowledge of both residential and commerical roofing. This is an opportunity for a qualified candidate to work for an established roofing company in the Pompano area with over 80 years of success. This is a dynamic company, with projects across different residential and commercial projects.
The Project Manager will:
- Attend jobsites and client meetings
- Manage materials and supplies
- Manage project workflow daily and complete tasks assigned
- Schedule and coordinate inspections
- Assure billings and collections are being paid on time
- Provide accurate project budget updates and forecasts for projects
- Supervise crews and assure all project phases are being completed accurately and timely
- Report project progress daily and creates project documentation
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations for workplace safety
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial and/or residential roofing
- managing schedules
- verbal and written communication
- able to lift at least 50 lbs
- basic computer and smart phone skills
