GateSource HR is partnering with an industry leader in heavy machinery, distributor of premium brands for the mining and construction industry in New Caledonia (South Pacific) to support its growth, we are looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure strict
compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations in
alignment with company and group requirements.
- Develop, lead,
and supervise maintenance teams to achieve performance targets established
in contracts.
- Define
recruitment needs and actively participate in the recruitment process.
- Anticipate and
manage conflicts, and effectively communicate in crisis situations Drive and
deploy the contractual strategy with clients and on-site.
- Develop and
implement a maintenance strategy in accordance with Caterpillar repair and
maintenance processes.
- Define key
performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure measurable results.
- Develop and
maintain strong client relationships by consistently delivering on
commitments.
- Provide daily
updates on maintenance performance and safety to the client.
Requirements
- Proficient in
English and French
- Bachelor's
degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Business, etc.)
- Knowledge of Caterpillar technologies and tools.
- Knowledge of the mining industry, as well as
mining equipment manufacturers.
- Understanding of company organization and
business processes.
- Commercial awareness and project management.
- Customer relations.
