We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with experience in Semiconductor Grade to lead the development and operation of a high-purity gallium extraction and refining project.
This role is positioned within a strategic critical materials supply chain supporting semiconductor and advanced electronics markets. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in ultra-high-purity metal recovery, precision refining technologies, and stringent quality and export compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution and operational management of a semiconductor-grade gallium extraction and refining project.

Oversee high-purity metal recovery processes, ensuring product specifications meet advanced electronics standards.

Manage solvent extraction and ion exchange purification circuits for ultra-low impurity control.

Implement rigorous quality control systems capable of maintaining parts-per-million (ppm) impurity thresholds.

Ensure full compliance with applicable US and EU export regulations, quality standards, and traceability requirements.

Coordinate integration of gallium recovery streams within existing alumina refinery process infrastructure.

Lead multidisciplinary teams across metallurgy, process engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Drive continuous improvement in recovery yields, refining performance, and product consistency.

Act as the senior technical interface with customers, auditors, and project stakeholders under confidential conditions.
Requirements

Direct experience in high-purity metal extraction and refining, ideally within critical or specialty materials.

Proven expertise operating and optimizing, Solvent extraction circuits, Ion exchange purification systems

Strong background in quality assurance at ppm-level impurity specifications.

Demonstrated experience working under strict US and EU export control frameworks and international quality standards.

Practical experience integrating gallium or trace metal recovery within alumina refinery or Bayer Process environments.
