Project Manager (Austin, TX/Roofing/Commercial/Residential)

• Monitors job sites and attends job site meetings
  
• Meet with inspectors, owners, superintendents and other subcontractors
  
• Plan, direct, and coordinate projects
  
• Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
  
• Orders the fabrication of materials
  
• Reviews submittals and contracts
  
• Dispatches and manages crews
  
• All other duties as assigned
  

Requirements

• 4+ Years of experience
  
• Commercial and residential roof estimations
  
• Tile, Shingle, Flat, Metal roofs
  
• Valid drivers license
