Currently looking for a PM with 4+ years of experience in commercial and residential roofing. This is an opportunity for a qualified candidate to work for an established roofing firm in the Austin area with over 45 years of success.
The responsibilities of the PM include:
- Monitors job sites and attends job site meetings
- Meet with inspectors, owners, superintendents and other subcontractors
- Plan, direct, and coordinate projects
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas
- Orders the fabrication of materials
- Reviews submittals and contracts
- Dispatches and manages crews
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 4+ Years of experience
- Commercial and residential roof estimations
- Tile, Shingle, Flat, Metal roofs
- Valid drivers license
