We are looking for a Project Engineer, responsible for evaluating and analyzing construction bids for industrial projects, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, and quality requirements, and providing support for contractor selection and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align technical and financial aspects, integrating engineering, procurement, and planning functions.

Review and analyze contractors’ technical proposals, including drawings, specifications, methodologies, schedules, and resources.

Contribute to defining metrics and indicators to evaluate the technical quality of proposals.

Prepare detailed technical reports to support contractor selection recommendations.

Assess the technical feasibility of bids, identifying risks, deviations, and optimization opportunities.

Ensure compliance with technical regulations, safety standards, and project-specific requirements.

Participate in meetings with suppliers and contractors to clarify technical queries and negotiate bid terms.

Update technical criteria throughout the bidding and analysis process.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields.

5 years of experience in technical analysis of bids for industrial construction projects.

Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to industrial projects.

Proficiency in engineering tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and advanced Excel.
