We are seeking a Project Engineer with experience in ground-up construction who is ready to join a well-established construction firm in New Jersey. This candidate is comfortable with traveling to different states to oversee projects and has experience in commercial construction.
The responsibilities of the Property Manager include:
- Assisting and reporting to the Project Manager and Superintendent
- Scheduling, cost engineering, subcontract coordination, etc.
- Traveling primarily to Northeast regions
- Handling onsite visits
- RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Monitoring material deliveries
- Aiding in project closeouts
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Commercial Ground-Up Construction (Required)
- Life Science or Utility background (preferred)
- Comfortable traveling to different states (Required)
