Overseas Sales and Operation Manager (equipment / power / construction / marine / Puerto Rico )

GateSource HR is partnering with an industry leader, distributor of premium brands for the construction, marine and power industry in the Caribbean.

To support its growth, we are looking for an Overseas Sales and Operation Manager to play a pivotal role in the organization.

RESPONSABILITIES

As the Overseas Sales and Operation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our international sales operations. Your primary focus will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies, manage overseas sales teams, and ensure the efficient operation of the international business units (technical support and service).

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for international markets.
  
• Set sales targets and objectives for overseas teams and monitor performance against goals.
  
• Provide technical leadership to the team.
  
• Prepare sales forecasts and budgets for international markets
  
• Manage a high-performing team of international sales professionals.
  
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the sales team to achieve their targets.
  
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and potential partnerships.
  
• Collaborate with operations teams to optimize inventory management and distribution.
  
• Manage overseas offices and operational functions to maintain high-quality service delivery to the customers.
  

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, a related field or engineering
  
• Strong knowledge of international markets and business trends.
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  
• 5+ years of experience in sales, commercial operations
  
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams.
  
• This position will be in San Juan, Puerto Rico and requires 65% of international travels.
