Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with M.S.H.A. and Pennsylvania mining regulations and company-specific safety rules.
- Oversee production, site conditions, and equipment maintenance. Ensure that all operations are conducted safely and efficiently.
- Maintain job site operations in full compliance with state and federal regulations. Conduct thorough site and equipment inspections.
- Serve as the bridge between the job site and management. Communicate safety activities, production progress, and HR issues clearly and effectively.
- Ensure that all necessary equipment, parts, supplies, and tools are available. Train personnel to use them safely and effectively.
- Protect the well-being of all employees, visitors, suppliers, and contractors on site.
Requirements
