Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA
or advanced degree preferred. - Minimum of 10 years in sales
or market development in the mineral processing or related industrial
sectors, including at least 5 years in a multi-regional leadership
capacity. - Strong strategic thinking
and data-driven decision-making skills. - Strong understanding of
global market dynamics and cultural sensitivity in international
business. - Demonstrated ability to
develop and execute successful market expansion initiatives. - Willingness to travel
extensively, both domestically and internationally.
