We're on the lookout for a dynamic Marine Account Executive to spearhead our marine business line in the vibrant Caribbean region.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in contract negotiations with global accounts, showcasing your strategic acumen
- Effectively introduce new products into the market, staying ahead of industry trends and demands
- Analyze financial data and actively contribute to financial reporting, supporting informed decision-making
- Lead and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and objectives, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate closely with General Managers and local Marine Managers to promote and develop existing solutions, contributing to the evolution of our offerings
Requirements
- Travel flexibility within the Caribbean region
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, business management, or related fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or related roles in the marine industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Familiarity with contract negotiations and financial reporting
- Knowledge of marine products and services preferred
- Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus
