We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Corporate Manager with fluency in Mandarin to join our team. As a Corporate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s success by establishing and managing key corporate relationships, particularly with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients. You will serve as a vital link between our organization and the Chinese market, contributing to business development, strategic planning, and overall growth.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the
primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients,
partners, and stakeholders, effectively conveying our
company’s vision, values, and services.
- Identify and
develop new business opportunities within the Chinese
market, building strategic partnerships and expanding
the client base.
- Collaborate
with the executive team to develop and execute
strategic plans for business growth and market expansion.
Lead
negotiations, contracts, and agreements with Chinese
counterparts, ensuring favorable terms for our company.
- Provide
regular reports and updates on market activities,
client relationships, and revenue growth to senior management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
- Bachelor’s
degree in engineering (civil, mechanic, mine etc) - Ability to work
independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. - Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Post-graduate
degree in business management or related areas is a plus.
