We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Corporate Manager with fluency in Mandarin to join our team. As a Corporate Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our company's success by establishing and managing key corporate relationships, particularly with Mandarin-speaking partners and clients. You will serve as a vital link between our organization and the Chinese market, contributing to business development, strategic planning, and overall growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking clients, partners, and stakeholders, effectively conveying our company's vision, values, and services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Chinese market, building strategic partnerships and expanding the client base.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for business growth and market expansion.
  • Lead negotiations, contracts, and agreements with Chinese counterparts, ensuring favorable terms for our company.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on market activities, client relationships, and revenue growth to senior management.



Requirements


    • Fluency in Mandarin and English is mandatory, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
    • Excellent negotiation and networking skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, mechanic, mine etc) 
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
    • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
    • Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus.
