Maintenance Supervisor (On-Site / Property Management / Luxury Housing) - Santa Clarita, California

• Leading a team of Maintenance Technicians and Porters in terms of training and motivating
  
• Keeping the physical condition of the community in pristine condition
  
• Work on and report on property inspections
  
• Complete timely work-order requests and make accurate record in Yardi

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in areas of plumbing, electrical, carpentry or construction, etc. 
  
• 2 years of supervisory experience in a residential property management environment preferred
  
• Leadership and Communication Skills
  
• Previous experience in residential property management, engineering, hotel maintenance or construction
  
• Previous experience with preparation of annual budgets 
  
• Previous experience with Yardi
