Looking for an HR Coordinator to join an established and successful construction services firm in the Plano, TX area. This company is one of the leaders in the industry with offices all throughout Texas and the United States. This is an on-site position requiring office attendance; however, there will always be flexibility when needed. This HR Coordinator will report to the Director of Human Resources and work closely with executive level staff.

- Onboarding
- Offboarding
- Employee Evaluations
- Running Background Checks
- Assisting in the Recruiting Process
- Tracking Candidates
- Employment Verification
- Participate in Career Fairs
Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of HR experience
- Bachelor's degree
- HR experience should include understanding of day-to-day HR practices and procedures
- SHRM-CP credential a plus
- Able to manage working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Google Drive, HRIS software, NetSuite is a plus
