GateSource HR Caribbean Division is collaborating with a strategic client to recruit a General Manger who would be responsible for optimizing the business's operational performance. Key functions include promoting safe and efficient operations, serving as a liaison on regulatory matters, and refining business processes, information flow, and reporting systems. This role involves managing relationships with multinational clients in the designated market, ensuring their satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships. The General Manager must continuously identify opportunities to enhance and expand existing processes and systems.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience in an operations management role within FMCG, retail, or food and beverage sectors.

Familiarity with international operations, labor laws, and collective agreements is a plus.

Demonstrated ability to oversee multiple departments and drive maximum productivity.

Strong budgeting and financial oversight capabilities.

Effective delegation skills while maintaining operational control and ensuring customer satisfaction.
