GateSource HR is searching for an energetic sales professional who’s familiar with B2B sales. You will be in charge of sourcing leads to set appointments that generate new business. Also, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in an environment set up to encourage your growth.
Responsibilities:
"Hunt" and identify new business prospects and initiate lead generation.
Oversee a personal roster of candidates, guiding them from the interview process to the offer stage.
Handle your own client portfolio, navigating from proposal submissions to successfully closing sales.
Conduct comprehensive searches using various online channels to source and screen potential candidates.
Create strong alliances with clients, contributing to the expansion of their businesses by implementing optimal strategies to attract candidates.
Craft and present proposals, engaging in contract negotiations.
Requirements
1-2 Years of B2B Sales Experience
Hands on experience with selection processes (phone screening, teams, reference check, etc)
Bachelor's degree
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
