We are a fast growing staffing firm
looking to hire a Recruiter with at least 1+ years of B2B sales experience or 1+ year of full desk recruiting experience. This is an ideal opportunity to dive deeper into the
recruiting and staffing industry in a supportive and fun environment while having a clear and realistic path to earning $75-$100k+ in the first full year.
The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of sales experience or at least 12+ months of full desk recruiting experience. This individual will need to be comfortable working on
developing business opportunities with new clients and managing existing
relationships as well as actively searching, identifying, and guiding candidates
through the placement process.
This person must have strong time management and organizational skills in
order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and candidates. You should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned
quotas.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of B2B sales experience or 6+ months of recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and
interpersonal skills - Experience working with Microsoft
