Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and strategic Senior Finance and Administrative Manager to join our leadership team. This role is crucial for overseeing our support functions, including Finance, Administration, and Facility Management. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our financial strategy, optimizing our business operations, and managing key areas such as corporate governance, legal matters, procurement, and risk management.

Primary Duties:
- Formulate procurement strategies and policies to reduce costs and improve the efficiency of our supply chain.
- Manage financial aspects such as cash flow, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting to meet our strategic goals.
- Ensure accurate accounting practices, handling daily and monthly operations, Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and accounts receivable in line with financial standards.
- Manage core support areas including Finance, Corporate Governance and Risk Management, Facility and Asset Management, and Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ).
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks to mitigate financial and legal risks while maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Lead the management of integrated HSEQ systems to uphold high standards in health, safety, environmental, and quality practices.
- Work with financial stakeholders to create valuation models, evaluate results, and suggest improvements.
- Oversee asset and office management, including facilities, maintenance, security, and outsourcing strategies to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field
is essential. A postgraduate degree (such as an MBA or specialization in
Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Corporate Governance, Compliance, or HR
Management) is highly desirable. - Experience: A minimum of 10 years of managerial
experience in medium to large organizations. - Skills: Demonstrated leadership and management
abilities, strong decision-making skills, excellent communication, and
effective negotiation capabilities. - Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of business
operations, vendor contract management, risk management, finance, and
administration. - Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office
and a solid grasp of technology. - Languages: Fluent in English; additional language
skills in Spanish or French are a plus.
