Finance Manager (Accountant / Food Industry)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our client’s growing team in Guyana.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting:
  

• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
  
• Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts.
  

• Accounts Management:
  

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities.
  
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
  

• Financial Analysis:
  

• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  

• Compliance:
  

• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and reporting requirements.
  
• Assist in the preparation for audits.
  

• Budgeting:
  

• Collaborate with management to develop and monitor budgets.
  
• Track budget variances and provide explanations.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
