GateSource HR International Recruitment is looking for a Finance and Administration Manager to join its client's project team in the Caribbean region.
Primary Mission:
The candidate is responsible for overseeing crucial administrative, financial, and procurement processes within the organization. They develop and implement strategic planning, ensure compliance with procurement policies, manage vendors, mitigate risks, and provide comprehensive reporting. Additionally, they ensure adherence to project goals and international procurement regulations.
Responsibilities:
Administration and Finance
- Trace and optimize administrative management and accounting procedures.
- Develop and deploy financial and administrative management policies.
- Prepare financial elements for management meetings and draft minutes.
- Define financial techniques to evolve and secure the company.
- Manage treasury, purchases, and budgets.
- Conduct financial and economic studies to guide long-term investment decisions.
Procurement:
- Oversee crucial procurement processes within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies in line with standard international procedures.
- Manage vendor relationships and mitigate procurement-related risks.
- Ensure adherence to project goals and international regulations.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives in procurement.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of combined experience in procurement, finance, and administration.
- Experience working in a project environment
- Familiarity with international procurement standards.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong asset
- Willing to relocate to the Caribbean
