Facilities Manager (On-Site / Property Management / Operating Systems ) - Caribbean

Our client is a comprehensive property and facility management company based in the Caribbean. Relocation to the island is REQUIRED!

The position is for a full-time Facilities Manager.

Requirements

• a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  
• 3+ years related work experience, an excellent understanding of facility operating systems, familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, and knowledge of project management, budgeting, and vendor management
  
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects
  
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), is required
  
• Financial literacy and familiarity with the financial reporting needs of a small business and the various facilities managed by the company
