We are currently seeking a full-time, permanent Explosives Blaster in Alabama who will be responsible for delivering goods and providing shot services, equipment operation, and inventory management.
Responsibilities:
- Managing shot reports
- Perform and check blast designs
- Load production holes/pre-split, stemming, delaying, detonation, and blast inspections
- Operating equipment on terrains
- Manage inventory
- Perform pre and post-shift safety inspections of mining equipment
- Handle site security during blasting operations
Requirements
- Willingness to travel
- High School Diploma
- Blaster License/s
- Georgia State Blasting License
- Alabama State Blasting License
- Georgia State Fire Marshals License
- Blasting: 2+ years
