Equipment Management Solutions Manager (Construction / Mining / Power Generation / Guyana)



Job Description

GateSource HR  is partnering with a renowned distributor of premium brands for the Marine industry. We're looking for an Equipment Management Solutions Manager to join operations in the Caribbean region.

Responsibilities: ​

  • Develop, implement, and oversee various initiatives in the digital domain, with a specific focus on the aftermarket. These initiatives should enhance customer asset connectivity, ensure effective data management, and promote the adoption of diverse digital applications.
  • Meet or exceed the set standards of the Digital Excellence program by maintaining a comprehensive project dashboard for the aforementioned digital initiatives. The dashboard should track progress, milestones, and resources allocated to achieve defined targets.
  • Lead, supervise, and take responsibility for Customer Value Agreement (CVA) offerings and contracts to clients. This involves integrating the company's aftermarket capabilities (Parts, Services, Training, Technology) with the Digital and SOS laboratory to maximize market share, as per company guidelines.
  • Administration of Service Standard Jobs.
  • Lead, supervise, and be accountable for the operation of the SOS laboratory, ensuring excellence, sustainability, and profitability.
  • Act as a change agent by promoting the usage of technology applications among all relevant stakeholders.
  • Advocate for continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Manage relevant reporting and metrics for the company/area.


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, business, and/or related sciences.
  • Ten years of experience in the construction/mining/power generation equipment industry, with five years of experience in supervising people/managing resources. Alternatively, working experience in other industries with a focus on asset maintenance.
  • Technology acumen.
  • Experience in managing or implementing business applications, IoT, data analysis, analytics, and e-commerce.
  • Understanding of productive assets life cycle (LCC) and maintenance experience.
  • Good knowledge of Office 365 and Microsoft collaborative tools.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and explain documents such as financial information, functional requirement designs (FRDs) for applications, legal and service agreements, and procedure manuals.​
  • Project Management is a plus.
  • Spanish is a plus
