An Entry-level Structural Engineer position is now available
at a top construction services firm in Austin, TX. This is a full-time,
direct position with comprehensive benefits. In this role, you will have the opportunity
to work with veteran engineers to support the growing engineering department for
the company. This is an opportunity to advance quickly through the ranks while gaining
valuable experience in the construction industry.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with other Engineers to analyze and engineer single-family
homes, complexes, and retail commercial facilities - Using different materials such as lumber, wood, concrete, masonry,
and steel - Putting together structural design drawings
- Visiting different job sites
This
position is a hybrid role with the potential to be fully remote.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related fields
- E.I.T. certification or able to secure within six months
- 1-3 Years of Residential Design Experience
- Proficient
understanding of AutoCAD - Reasonable travel involved (job sites)
