Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership:
- Oversee and manage daily activities of the project team, ensuring timelines are met and taking corrective action when necessary to keep projects on track.
- Lead cross-functional teams by assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring that resources are available to meet project objectives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals.

Budget & Resource Management:
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to meet goals.
- Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and make adjustments to minimize delays or project deviations.

On-Site Supervision:
- Supervise onsite commissioning and installation processes, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are followed.

Risk Management:
- Proactively assess project risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth execution and successful project delivery.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the engineering industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Experience managing budgets and resources efficiently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Professional Engineer (PE) License in Alabama is required.
