Director of Sustainable Finance

• Taking charge of the development and execution of the Financial, Regulatory, Sustainability, and Supply Chain Strategies, which include budgeting, forecasting, regulatory compliance, and sustainability action plans.
  
• Supervising the accurate preparation of account statements, subsidiary activities, and quarterly and annual shareholder reports, ensuring adherence to GAAP guidelines.
  
• Managing the Company's regulatory affairs, including conducting periodic cost of service studies, collaborating with external consultants, and attending regulatory meetings as required. Staying updated on relevant regulations, including proposed and finalized rules.
  
• Overseeing various sustainability initiatives outlined in the Sustainability Action Plan, including implementing sustainability strategies and reporting progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  
• Directing the planning, procurement, warehousing, and inventory management processes for our material requirements. Facilitating integration across business units to enhance cost-effective inventory forecasting and planning.
  
• Developing, implementing, maintaining, and monitoring financial policies, procedures, standards, systems, and internal controls to ensure compliance with the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) guidelines.
  
• Leading and inspiring a team of experts in their respective fields, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering their professional growth.
  
• Creating and managing budgets for the unit, ensuring effective financial control.
  
• Undertaking additional duties as assigned periodically.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline;
  
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent,
  
• Minimum 12 years’ experience in accounting,
  
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading and supervising staff;
  
• ​Demonstrated leadership capabilities
