Director of Sales and Business Development (Sales / Engineering /Caribbean) – Caribbean

• Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory procedures relevant to the company.
  
• Analyze business performance metrics, such as profitability, revenue, pricing, and cost of goods sold, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  
• Manage budgets, expenses, pricing strategies, and commercial agreements.
  
• Develop and execute commercial strategies to attain revenue targets and expand the company's customer base.
  
• Drive operational efficiencies to maintain the financial viability of contracts and ensure they are delivered within budget.
  
• Provide leadership to the sales team through guidance, training, and mentorship, establish sales quotas and goals, devise sales plans, analyze data, allocate sales territories, and foster team growth.
  
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with customers.
  
• Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
  
• Define and implement marketing strategies to position the company's value proposition, products, and services effectively in the market.
  
• Perform all duties inherent to the role.
  
• Adhere to the company's Policies, Standards, Procedures, Plans, and Regulations.
  

Requirements

• ​Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  
• Specialization in project management or Business Administration preferred.
  
• Proficiency in heavy machinery, marine engines, and Gen-Sets.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  
• Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in Machine Construction Management.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the marine segment.
  
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in generator service or sales.
  
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
  
• At least three years of experience in a senior management position.
